Our items are shipped to almost all countries and regions. The main methods of shipping and approximate delivery time are as follows:

Standard Shipping: $9.99 postage for United States's orders（the deliver average time is 8-15 business days;

Standard Shipping: $12.99 postage for other countries orders's （the deliver average time is 8-18 business days ,depending on the destination country of delivery);

Expedited Shipping: $24.99 (the deliver average time is 4-7 business days ,depending on the destination country of delivery).

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders will be sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 2 business day (Mon-Sat) after the order is placed.

Shipping Time: Depending on the destination country of delivery (also refer to the average shipping time on the form).

Processing Time

What is the processing time?

The item's processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks: e.g. material quality, zippers, seams, embellishments and motifs, interiors, lining, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer. It normally takes within 48 hours of day for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 2-4 days to process and dispatch.

Order Address Error：Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before the shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Shipping Deliverly：The order shows that it has delivered, and the customer responds that the item has not been received, please contact us as soon as possible. Items shown as delivered but not received  and  the wrong address will not be refunded.
